Memory Loss and The Joy of Dating

My current dating situation and "head up in the clouditis" is beginning to have a bit of an impact on... well, everything.

On Tuesday morning I was half way to work when I noticed that my son was still sitting in the back seat of the car. I'd completely forgotten to drop him off at school.

Well, it's not like I left him at home or anything...

Hee hee. That's funny! Well, next week is March break, you don't have to worry about dropping him off at school.

Having "head up in the clouditis" is a great state of mind -- so enjoy it while it lasts...

Sounds serious. When's the next scrabble game planned? And did you go with the librarian look?

I did the same thing with two kids in the car. If one hadn't sneezed, I am sure they would have made the entire 25 mile trip to work. Day care was like 2 miles from our house.

Amy: True enough.

ST: I'm enjoying every minute!

James: We've moved on to checkers (he kicked my butt)and possibly bowling this week. Yes, I went with the librarian look...with great results.

CP: It's good to know I'm not alone :)

I once drove all the way to work with Zachary in the back seat. I was gathering my stuff when I looked in the back. I believe I said, what are you still doing in here? Poor thing...

Classic!

It's so easy to just get thinking about other things when driving.
I once fell asleep at a red traffic light. Just for a second (or 30) but enough to become No1 public enemy for everyone in the queue behind.
